Why Did I Decide to Become a Psychologist?

"Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is true power" -Lao Tzu-

I have gone through a lot in my life and, finally, have developed a strong desire to help others experiencing similar struggles. My experiences with post-traumatic stress disorder, panic attacks, and Stockholm syndrome have given me a unique experience and empathy for suffering. Self-reflection can indeed be an effective tool in personal growth and healing. Individuals can create healthier relationships and improve their well-being by recognizing and setting boundaries. I have found solace and support from books and other survivors during difficult times, and now I want to pay it forward by helping others overcome their pain.  My desire to assist violence victims, the unemployed, and the unhappy with their lives makes me constantly look for new methods. Through my education and training in psychology, I gained a deeper understanding of the causes of suffering and developed effective ways to promote healthy consciousness and well-being in others. Psychology is a scientific understanding of human behavior and mind. While it may not be an exact science like mathematics, it offers insight into various aspects of human experience and behavior. Psychology encompasses sub-disciplines in many different areas of life. With my knowledge, determination, and empathy, I can make a positive impact on the lives of those who are struggling.

Discover How I Can Help You

My therapeutic approach is based on training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy (PT), Psychoanalysis, Psychosomatics, Neuropsychology, PTSD, Acceptance, and Mindfulness. I create a safe environment for therapeutic change and combine the client's strengths with evidence-based treatment principles.

Together with my patient, we explore cognitive and emotional aspects, internal conflicts, memories, and connections with previous events and look for ways to achieve the goal. Considering the current reality, we explore the unconsciousness to understand what inhibits or blocks the desired course of life, why the undesirable cycle of events repeats itself, what caused the suffering, and how to develop effective ways of improving consciousness.
