What Led Me to Choose Becoming a Psychologist?

"Strength lies in mastering others, but true power lies in mastering oneself." -Lao Tzu-

After going through a lot in my life, I have finally developed a strong desire to help others who are facing similar struggles. My experiences with post-traumatic stress disorder, panic attacks, and Stockholm syndrome have given me a unique experience and empathy for suffering. Setting boundaries can help individuals create healthier relationships and improve their well-being. During difficult times, books and other survivors have provided me with solace and support, and now I am hoping to help others overcome their pain by paying it forward. My constant search for new methods stems from my desire to help violence victims, unemployed people, and those who are unhappy with their lives. My education and training in psychology provided me with a deeper understanding of the causes of suffering and helped me develop effective ways to promote healthy consciousness and well-being in others. Psychology is the scientific study of human behavior and mental processes. Although it may not be as precise as mathematics, it provides insight into various aspects of human experience and behavior. Psychology encompasses sub-disciplines in various fields of life. By utilizing my knowledge, determination, and empathy, I am capable of making a positive impact on the lives of those who are struggling.

Discover How I Can Help You

My patient and I work together to explore cognitive and emotional aspects, internal conflicts, memories, and connections to previous events to find ways to achieve our goal. Our objective is to uncover the unconscious to understand what hinders or blocks the desired course of life, why the unfavorable cycle of events repeats itself, what causes the suffering, and how to devise effective methods of improving consciousness.
